Polini THOR continues the winning streak with the domination of the 2021French Championship
Number one in all 4 categories, Polini THOR engines obtained
5 of the 9 steps of the podium with absolute domination.
Gold, gold and more gold.
Polini Thor engines continue to achieve victories: the last great triumph won is the one in the 2021 French Championship, held from 10 to 17 July in Mondreville, in the north of France.
A challenge with the typical blue and white Polini colors, in which 35 pilots took part (15 of them with Polini THOR), was all to be framed for Polini Motori, which won the gold medal in all the classes and three silvers ones with wide gaps.
4 categories in the competition: PF1 Elite single-seat foot launch, PF1 National single-seat foot launch, PL1 single-seat trike and PL2 two-seat trike.
In PF1 Elite Alexandre Mateos won his 10th consecutive national title with Polini THOR 202, ahead of the superb Marie Mateos, who scored an extraordinary poker with the fourth silver medal in a row with a considerable gap in third position. A deserved, desired result achieved with determination and great skill especially in the economy tests, thanks to the distinctive characteristics and low consumption of the Thor 202.
The young Magnan Gaetan set the pace in the PF1 National category with the award-winning THOR 200 HF, winning with a score almost doubled compared to the second classified.
In the PL1 single-seat trike Polini took victory with the new bearer Boris Tysebaert with THOR 202, followed by the expert Frederic Mallard with the THOR 250 LC.
In the PL2 single-seat trike category, only two crews battled and it was therefore not possible to make the podium, as a minimum of 3 crews are required to validate. Despite this, it was a great challenge between Clavirier/Pasquier and Duguet/Malengros, both with THOR 250 LC.
